About Vector Training and Consultancy Services

Who Are We?

We are experienced health and social care professionals, with backgrounds in nursing, management and teaching. We therefore believe we are well placed to collaborate with you about your unique training needs.

Why "Vector?"

We understand that you have multiple stakeholders, which include regulators and commissioners of your services and - above all else - the individual you support.

These requirements combine to make your training needs different to those of any other service.

We therefore take a pride in working with you to identify the training direction you need - and then supporting it with bespoke training

Targeted Training

We offer our customers an annual Training Needs Analysis, the findings of  which we then deliver over the next 12 months, via a combination of both online and classroom training. The balance of online and classroom learning is decided by our customers.
